An individual pancake that is VERY filling! I only made one large one and it was a very filling breakfast!

Recipe Ingredients for Flax Pancakes

2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 large Egg, Whole
0.06 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.06 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 tsp Almond Extract
6 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
0.03 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Flax Pancakes

  1. Mix the flax seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and sweetener until combine.

  2. Then add in the vanilla extract, almond extract, milk, and egg. Combine thoroughly until there are no big lumps.

  3. This will make either one big pancake, or possible two smaller ones. It's all up to you about how you cook them.
