Recipe Ingredients for Flax Oatmeal Healthy Cookie

8 tbs light margarine
6 tbs splenda
3 egg whites
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup pumpkin
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white enriched flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flax seed
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups oatmeal
2 oz almonds

Recipe Directions for Flax Oatmeal Healthy Cookie

  1. In one bowl cream margarine and splenda

  2. add vanillia, egg whites, applesauce and pumpkin

  3. In large bowl mix Oatmeal, flours, flax, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, and almonds

  4. Combine all ingedients and fold together

  5. drop teaspoon size and flatten

  6. bake at 350 for 17 minutes

  7. Mighty healthy but not really sweet
