Recipe Ingredients for Flax and Oat Breakfast Muffins w/Dates and Dark Chocolate

1 banana, large
3 egg whites
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup flax seed, ground
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oats
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup whole wheat graham flour
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup dates, chopped

  1. Mash banana

  2. Beat in egg whites, sugar and oil

  3. Mix in dry ingredients. Don' overmix.
