A delicious, healthy breakfast treat. 330 grams is 3/4 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Flax, Oat Bran Muffin

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flaxseed meal
330 grams oat bran
1 cup maple sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups shredded carrots
2 large apples, peeled and shredded
2 eggs
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 1/4 cup soy milk
2 medium eggs, beaten
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Flax, Oat Bran Muffin

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Stir in apples, carrots, cranberries, nuts, eggs beaten in soy milk and vanilla.

  3. Fill muffins tines 3/4 full.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes

  5. Makes 24 muffins.
