Recipe Ingredients for Flax n apple muffins

1/4 c milled flax seed
1 1/2 c flour (1/2 wheat, 1/2 white)
1/2 c brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c chopped apples
3 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 c milk
1/4 c walnuts

Recipe Directions for Flax n apple muffins

  1. Blend dry ingredients

  2. Combine egg substitute, oil and milk

  3. Add dry ingredients

  4. Fold in apples and nuts

  5. Fill muffin cups

  6. Bake 400 degrees 18-20 minutes
