  1. Melt 1 tsp. fat (butter, oil, etc.). Add 1 large egg (beaten); add flaxmeal and baking power, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 packet of Splenda or liquid equivalent.

  2. Microwave in microwave-safe bowl on high for 1 minute 20 seconds. Remove with spatula.
