Recipe Ingredients for Flax muffin

1/4 c flax, ground
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 egg
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for Flax muffin

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a coffee mug

  2. Microwave on high for 50 seconds

  3. Variations instead of walnuts

  4. 2 tsp chia powder or 2 tbsp blueberries
