Jorge Cruz skinny muffin featured on Dr.Oz, kind of a lot of calories, but all good calories. Perfect for a morning get up and go food!!

Recipe Ingredients for Flax Muffin

1 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Unrefined, Organic
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 serving Sweet 'N Low
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

Recipe Directions for Flax Muffin

  1. Mix in mug or coffee cup:

  2. 1/2 cup ground flax

  3. 1 whole egg (yes with the yolk)

  4. 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  5. 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  7. 1 packet sugar substitute

  8. Microwave for 1 minute

  9. Let cool

  10. Enjoy :)
