1 tsp baking powder
1 tbl applesauce
3 tbl egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tbl raisins

Recipe Directions for Flax Muffin

Add all ingredients in a coffee mug and microwave for 55 seconds. Take out and eat and enjoy.
