Low Carb, high fiber wrap that is really delicious

Recipe Ingredients for Flax Meal Wrap

3 tablespoons flax meal
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon oil
1 large egg

Recipe Directions for Flax Meal Wrap

Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well, making sure therte are no lumps. Pour into a glass/plastic pie plate, Microwave on high for 2 minutes, 30 seonds. Let cool for approx. 5 minutes. these wraps can be made ahead and refrigerated. Must be used in 2-3 days
