A really nice yeast free flax bread. Very high fibre.

Recipe Ingredients for Flax Bread

1.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 cup Flaxseed
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Flax Bread

place ingredients on dough cycle in bread machine, let cycle through, roll into a circle and place in a pizza pan. Bake on 180C (350F) until browned (15-20mins). Cool on rack.
