1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 cup ground flaxseed
2/3 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup applesauce
1 cup banana
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup walnuts
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

  1. mix all dry ingredients.

  2. mix all wet ingredients,

  3. combine and mix until moist. pour in bread pan and bake at 350 for 55 minutes
