Recipe Ingredients for Flavorfull Mexican Brown Rice

1 c brown rice
1 yellow onion
1 clove garlic
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
32 oz beef broth
1 tbs butter
1 c cilantro

Recipe Directions for Flavorfull Mexican Brown Rice

Melt butter in pan and add brown rice. Evenly coat rice then add diced onion and garlic. Once onion and garlic are cooked add beef broth and diced tomatoes and cilantro bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer. Cook about 30 min until rice is cooked stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
