Makes 12 servings



Can use this recipe for tortillas, pitas, naan, etc. Good for any kind of flatbread. Mix it up and add spices, cheese, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Flatbread

3 c wheat flour
3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbs canola oil
1 1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Flatbread

  1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Stir to combine.

  2. Add canola oil and water. Stir to form dough.

  3. Let sit 15 - 30 minutes, until it rises to about twice its size.

  4. Roll into desired thickness and size. Cook on pan until brown spots form, flip and do the same on other side.
