Approximately 14 breads of 15cm each

Recipe Ingredients for Flatbread

400 g flour
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml water

Recipe Directions for Flatbread

  1. Combine all ingredients and knead until dough is smooth and shiny.

  2. Tear off a tennis ball sized piece and roll it into a ball. Roll into a thin disc about 15cm in diameter. **only roll 1 at a time as the discs will dry out otherwise.

  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Cook disc until puffy and bubbling, about 1 minute. Turn and cook another 30 seconds.

  4. Keep in a tea towel so they stay soft.
