1 c. warm water
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c flax seed meal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

Recipe Directions for flatbread or pizza recipe

Place in bread machine and set to dough setting. then flattern and roll into pizza dough or cut into smaller peaces roll and fry in pan with a small amount of olive oil for flatbreads
