Quick and easy pizza dough recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Flatbread pizza dough

3 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp Yeast, Active Dry
1/2 tbsp raw sugar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups warm water

Recipe Directions for Flatbread pizza dough

Sift flours and salt onto a clean surface and make a well in the middle. In a large measuring cup, mix yeast, sugar and olive into water and leave for a few minutes. Then pour into the well. Using a fork, bring flour in gradually from sides and swirl into the liquid. When it comes together, work rest in with clean flour dusted hands. Knead until smooth, springy dough. Place ball of dough in a large flour dusted bowl and flour the top. Cover with a damp cloth in a warm room for 1 hour until doubled in size. Remove to a flour dusted surface and knead to push air out. Use immediately or keep wrapped in plastic in fridge or freezer. Enough to make 6 substantial personal pizzas, or 12 small personal pizzas. Roll pizzas out about 15-20 minutes before you want to cook them. Roll out dough in circles, quite thin. Place on slightly larger pieces of olive oil rubbed and flour dusted foil. Stack, cover in plastic wrap and put in fridge for guests. Bake for 12-16 minutes on a pizza stone in a 425 degree Fahrenheit oven.
