Recipe Ingredients for flat bread with rosemary

1/4 oz dry yeast
4 cup all purpose flour, plain
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon rosemary, fresh

Recipe Directions for flat bread with rosemary

  1. dissolve the yeast in tepid water and late stand for 10 minutes

  2. Add the yeast, flour and the sufficient water to make a soft dough. Knead the dough until very smooth and elastic, at least for 10 minutes.

  3. Knead the dough again briefly. Roll out on a lightly floured baking sheet into a circle about 3/8 in thick. Late rise again for 30 minutes. Brush the top with oil and rosemary and coarse salt. Bake in a preheated 450 oven until golden brown.
