1/2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/3 cup smart balance spread
1 tbsp margarine
1/2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Flat Bread

  1. Pour flour into a mixing bowl

  2. Stir in margarine and spread

  3. Blend in water; keep stirring and adjust thickness with extra water or flour for thinner or thicker batter.

  4. Cook as a pancake on a griddle or in the oven to make pies and hot pockets.
