Flat bread for making flat bread sandwiches.

Recipe Ingredients for Flat Bread

1 cup water
3 cups flour
2 tbls shortening
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Recipe Directions for Flat Bread

Add all ingredients to bread machine using dough setting. When cycle is finished remove dough from pan and transfer to floured surface. Divide dough into 8 separate rounds. Flatten each round with your hand and place on pre-heated griddle coated with thin coat of olive oil. Brown each side of bread. Serve with your favorite meat. I use BBQ chicken breast. YUMMY!
