Recipe Ingredients for Flat bread pizza

1/2 cup, chopped Onions
42 g Light String Cheese Snacks
1 tsp Garlic
1 1/2 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
6 tsp Parmesan 100% Grated
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 bread Lavash Square Bread
1/2 cup Fat Free Ricotta Cheese

Recipe Directions for Flat bread pizza

  1. to make sauce, spray bottom of pan or pot with cooking spray, and saute onions and peppers

  2. once onions are translucent, add garlic and cook until fragrant

  3. add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, Italian seasoning, crushed pepper and cumin

  4. simmer over medium-low heat 10-15 minutes

  5. Meanwhile, break string cheese down into small bits and mix them well with the ricotta cheese (could use a blender or food processor)

  6. top flat bread with sauce (do with to taste)

  7. top that with the cheese mixture and finish by sprinkling the parmesan all over

  8. bake at 350 until cheese is melted
