whole grain spelt and rice flour along with olive or canola oil make this a very mufa friendly meal. serve with chopped walnuts, almonds or peanut butter

Recipe Ingredients for Flat belly pancakes

3 cups whole grain flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbl baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cup light soy milk
3/4 cup water
3 tbl olive oil
1/2 cup apple sauce
3 eggs
3 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Flat belly pancakes

dry mix first seven ingredients, a cup and a third of dry mix is then combined with 1 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup water, 1 Tbl oil, 2 tbl apple sauce, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla. makes about 9 pancakes
