Meant to be chewy but turned out crunchy :o( Taste ok though

Recipe Ingredients for Flapjacks

250 g oats
150 g butter
75 g golden syrup
75 g sugar

Recipe Directions for Flapjacks

  1. Put butter, sugar and golden syrup in a microwavable bowl and heat until melted and sugar has dissolved.

  2. Roll outs in mixture.

  3. Put into a baking tin and press down.

  4. Cook on 170C for 25 - 30 mins

  5. Cut up while still hot in tray, then leave in tray to cool.
