Recipe Ingredients for Flank Steak

2 lb flank steak
2 tsp ginger
1 clove garlic
1 small onion
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 c soy sauce, light
1/4 c dry white wine
1/4 c water

Recipe Directions for Flank Steak

Put in ziplock bag or 13x9 pan. Let stand 6-8 hours at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
