Crock pot Flank Steak in mushroom wine sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Flank steak in mushroom wine sauce

24 oz flank steak
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
10 1/2 oz condensed beef broth
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Flank steak in mushroom wine sauce

  1. Place steak in slow cooker. In small bowl, combine wine, soy sauce, garlic, broth, ketchup, mustard and onion; pour mixture over steak. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.

  2. Turn control to High. Dissolve cornstarch in water in small bowl; stir into sauce in cooker. Add mushrooms. cover and cook on high 20-30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

  3. Slice meat in thin strips and serve with sauce.
