2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 green peppers

Recipe Directions for Flank Steak & Green Peppers

  1. Slice the flank steak thin.

  2. Marinate in the remaining ingredients minus the green peppers

  3. Slice the green peppers thin.

  4. Add to unheated wok.

  5. Stir fry in wok.
