250 ml sweetened condensed milk
250 g sugar
6 whole eggs
1000 ml milk, 1% milkfat

Recipe Directions for Flan

  1. Boil milk and condensed milk

  2. Pour over eggs beaten with sugar

  3. Stir well

  4. Cook in a pan full of water for 1 hour
