Leche flan. Can be done with the ready made Vanilla Milk

Recipe Ingredients for Flan Pudding / Pudim Flan

125 g sugar
4 eggs
500 ml low fat milk
100 ml water

Recipe Directions for Flan Pudding / Pudim Flan

  1. make caramel with 100g sugar and water

  2. pour over the pan

  3. boil milk with vanilla essence/or vanilla milk

  4. mix eggs with remaining sugar

  5. stir milk and eggs together

  6. sieve over than caramelized pan

  7. bake in ban-marie for 45 min
