This is really yummy... but not good for a low calorie diet!

Recipe Ingredients for Flan Napolitano

20 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
5 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for Flan Napolitano

  1. Heat the oven to 350

  2. In a pan, put the sugar to caramelize in medium heat. Do not stop stirring. When it melts, pour the caramel in the circular pyrex where you will cook your Flan. Cover the walls of the pyrex carefully.

  3. In a blender, put all the ingrediets together and blend until smooth.

  4. You will need a large baking pan to make a bed of water, and fill it with one inch of hot water.

  5. Then, pour the ingredients in the circular pyrex. The caramel should be cold by now, if not, wait until the caramel is hard. Cover with heat resistant plastic, so the water won't go into the Flan during the cooking.

  6. Place the pyrex on the bed of water. Carefully place in the oven.

  7. Cook in the oven for about an hour or when the custard looks firm.
