Recipe Ingredients for Five Spice Vegetables and Chicken

1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
4 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root
8 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
2 tbsp Peanut Oil, Unrefined
1 tsp Chinese Five Spices
2 serving Mirin
1 cup, shredded Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Broccoli, Cooked
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Tamari
8 oz Tofu Shirataki
0.25 cup Peanuts, All Types, Dry-roasted

Recipe Directions for Five Spice Vegetables and Chicken

  1. Heat broth, add garlic and ginger and sautee for 1 minute.

  2. Add meat and chinese five spice powder and sautee for an additional minute until heated through.

  3. Add vegetables and toss to coat with seasoning.

  4. Meanwhile cook soba or shiritake noodles according to package directions. Once done, drain in a strainer, return to pot and coat with 1 tbs. of the peanut oil. Cover to hold heat.

  5. Add wine and tamari to the vegetables. Once heated through remove from heat and add last tbs. of peanut oil.

  6. Toss ingredients together with the peanuts and enjoy!
