Five Hour Stew - oven baked at very low temperature. Great for those cold days.

Recipe Ingredients for Five hour Stew

1 1/2 lbs lean beef
3 cups carrots
1 cup onion
2 cups potatoes
1 cup celery
1 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon tapioca
1 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Five hour Stew

Mix all ingredients together and place in heavy roasting pad with lid. Bake at 250 F for 5 hours.
