Wonderful flavor and great for crock pots.

Recipe Ingredients for Five Hour stew

1 lb. Ground Beef
2 small Onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
3 potatoes, chopped
6 carrots, chopped
1 slice White Bread, cubed
16 ounce Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1 cup Water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup Wine
1/2 cup Mushrooms, chopped
1 T. Sugar
1 T. Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Five Hour stew

Combine all ingredients in a heavy pot and cover. Bake in the over for 5 hours. Add additional water if needed half way through cooking. Bake at 250 degrees. May also be cooked in a crock pot.
