Recipe Ingredients for Fittata

5 eggs
175 g egg whites
100 g shallots
100 g spinach
11 g olive oil
35 g bacon
200 g turkey sausage
250 g cottage cheese 1%

Recipe Directions for Fittata

  1. Cook shallots in oil

  2. Add the spinach

  3. Cook until the shallots are soft and spinach is wilted

  4. Chop up the precooked bacon and sausage and add to pan

  5. Beat together eggs, whites and cottage cheese then add to pan

  6. Cook until the bottom becomes solid then put it under the broiler until it all firms up and becomes golden.
