Recipe Directions for Fitness Model Meal #1

  1. 4 Egg Whites: Microwave for 4 minutes at 60% (stirring after each minute)

  2. 1 Fillet Gorton?s Tilapia. Microwave separately for 2-3 minutes (as indicated on the package).

  3. 1 oz fresh Spinach. Chop it (or however you like), and microwave it for about 1 minute with 2 TBS water (to wilt it)

  4. Combine the eggs and tilapia, and add the cheese on top; nuke it for another 30 minutes and stir.

  5. Add the chopped spinach on top and garnish with fresh ground pepper.

  6. 1 Roma Tomato (personally I like to chop it up and toss it on top the egg scramble)
