Recipe Directions for Fitness Model Lunch #1

  1. 1/2 cup Chicken Breast Meat (white only). Boil. Should weigh about 2.5oz

  2. 1/8 cup Textured Vegetable Protein (BOB's RED MILL TVP). Should equal about 1/4 cup prepared.

  3. 1/4 cup Frozen Edemame (shelled)

  4. 2/5 serving Cooked Polenta (plain) (about 1-2tbs polenta flour dry; about 1/4 cup cooked)

  5. Place it all together in a tupperware, freeze it for a quick lunch on the go. Microwaves to a finish in about 2-3 mins with about 1 tbs of water added.
