Recipe Ingredients for Fitness Model Breakfast

1/2 cup Kashi GoLean Cereal
1/4 cup Silk Unsweetened Soy Milk
1/4 cup Water
4 large Egg Whites

Recipe Directions for Fitness Model Breakfast

  1. In one bowl you have 1/2 cup Fiber-Filled Cereal w/ 1/4 cup silk unsweetened, and 1/4 cup ice cold water

  2. Other bowl you have 4 egg whites & 1 tsp of olive oil (optional). I like to microwave my egg whites for 1 min on 100%, 1 min on 80%, and 1 min on 50%. I stir each time I nuke.

  3. Enjoy w/ a cup of decaff tea and you're off to a great start!
