Recipe Ingredients for Fiskesuppe

1 cup celery, chopped
2 cup potato, chopped
1 cup leek, chopped
7 ounces cod
3/4 liter water
1 cup vegetable broth

Recipe Directions for Fiskesuppe

  1. Boil water, put the vegetables + broth into. Boil until the veggies are soft. Turn off the heat and put the fish in. Let it stand like that for a few minutes, then serve!

  2. Lovely!
