Recipe Ingredients for Fishy Chowdah

1 cup potato
1 cup Water
1 cup organic half and half
1/3 cup celery
1 cup leeks, sliced
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
6 oz clams
8 oz tilapia
2 oz shrimp
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Fishy Chowdah

  1. saute leeks and celery in butter

  2. add flour, stir until a reux,

  3. add clams, potatoes and broth and simmer for 15 minutes,

  4. add fish, cook 5 minutes,

  5. add half and half until heated through

  6. season and serve!
