Fishcakes can be made with any fish filet

Recipe Ingredients for Fishcakes

3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
708 4/5 grams Tilapia Fillets
1 large Onions
2 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Olive Oil
2 oz Breadcrumbs
3 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Fishcakes

Boil potatos and fish until soft. Drain. Sautee onions in butter. Mix onions, butter, fish, 1 egg and potatoes with salt and seasoning of choice until mashed. Make into patties and refridgerate overnight. Beat 2 eggs and dip patties into egg mixture. Coat with breadcrumbs and fry or bake
