Recipe Ingredients for fishcakes

32 oz potato
10 oz cod
1 egg
6 oz breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for fishcakes

  1. poach fish in a little milk

  2. boil and mash potatoes using a little milk from cooking fish

  3. stir together and add egg

  4. leave to cool in fridge

  5. divide into 12 portions

  6. roll first in flour , then egg, then breadcrumbs

  7. put on baking sheet

  8. spray with low calorie spray oil

  9. bake until crisp at about 180C
