Recipe Ingredients for fish and veggie foil packets

5 oz cod
1 T lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup carrots
1/4 zuchini
1/4 onion
1 red pepper
1/2 cup spinach leaves

Recipe Directions for fish and veggie foil packets

  1. take 2 large pieces of foil

  2. arrange half the veggies and half the fish on the foil

  3. repeat with the other packet

  4. sprinkle each with black pepper, salt and lemon juice

  5. wrap foils packets tightly

  6. bake at 350 for 35 minutes

  7. serve with brown rice or israeli couscous
