This is a great, light teriyaki made with soy, ginger, water and stevia; marinade and cook the fish in it then use the remainder as a dip. I prefer lettuce wraps (you can addapt this to any meat and even to taco shells or tortillas)!

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps

1 serving Soy Sauce
0.25 scoop Stevia Powder
0.75 oz Water
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 slice Crispbread
6 leaf, medium Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Fish Teriyaki Lettuce Wraps

  1. Place Wasa in zip-lock bag and crush completely to crumbs.

  2. In a separate bag add light soy, water, ginger and a dab of stevia (this is your marinade, braising liquid and dip).

  3. Add fish to bag and allow to marinade - shaking now and then - for 3 minutes minimum (longer for beef or chicken).

  4. Broil, braise or microwave fish (I microwave a 3.5 oz fillet for 1 minute 30 sections; it will continue cooking after you remove it).

  5. To a small-to-medium lettuce leaf, add a teaspoon of cracker crumbs and a small piece of fish; pour a dab of soy sauce over then wrap, dipping in more sauce as desired.
