Recipe Ingredients for Fish Tacos

24 oz cod
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 lime+yields Lime Juice
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
2 teaspoon ground cumin
5 corn tortilla

Recipe Directions for Fish Tacos

  1. Put olive oil and lime juice in a bowl and whip it good.

  2. Mix in spices, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add fish and let it marinate covered in the fridge for 15-30 minutes.

  4. Saute the fish in the marinade until cooked (5 minutes on each side)

  5. Serve in tortillas.
