Fish Tacos made with Tilapia, cabbage and corn tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Tacos

8 tortillas 6" White Corn Tortillas 12ct
16 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
2 cup Napa Cabbage
2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise
2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Fish Tacos

  1. Bake tilapia until flaky and white with lime juice, cumin and chili powder

  2. Heat corn tortillas on a griddle (no oil) until lightly toasted on both sides

  3. Place 4 oz of fish in each tortilla and top with chopped napa cabbage

  4. To make sauce, combine 2 tbl of light mayo with 2 oz of fresh lime juice. Season to taste with cumin and a tiny pinch of chipotle powder.
