Recipe Ingredients for fish tacos

12 corn tortillas
12 oz trout
2 cups shredded cabbage
8 ounce light sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
1 medium avocado

Recipe Directions for fish tacos

  1. Mix lime juice, cilantro and sour cream

  2. Coat the fish with a southwest or Mexican rub

  3. Cook in a non stick skillet until it flakes easily- a couple of minuted on each side.

  4. Shred fish and serve with cabbage, sour cream, and an avocado slice in the corn tortillas
