Battered Halibut on Flour Tortillas

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Tacos

10 ounces halibut
5 flour tortillas
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup sliced onion
5 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
1 small chopped tomatoe

Recipe Directions for Fish Tacos

  1. Bake fish according to package directions

  2. Heat flour tortillas, spread 1 tblsp dressing in each tortilla, place fish in tortillas, top fish with shredded cabbage, onions & tomatoes

  3. Serve with Spanish Rice
