Makes 4 servings



small bowl whisk together oil lime juice salt and pepper. Pour over fish and let marinade for 20 minutes. Put the yogurt in a strainer with a paper towel and place over bown to drain and thicken for 20 minutes.

2 tbsp Olive Oil
29 grams Lime Juice
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black
272 grams Tilapia Fresh Seafood
1/2 cup Nancy's Plain Nonfat Yogurt
2 serving Mayo
1 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
1 1/2 cup, chopped Cabbage
1/2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
8 tortillas Map 6" Corn Tortillas 12ct
1/4 cup cilantro

Recipe Directions for fish tacos with chipotle cream

Remove fish from marinade and grill on a preheated grill or nonstick pan over medium high heat until cooked through, about 3 minutes each side. Set fish aside on a plate. In a small bowl conmbiine thickened yogurt mayo and chipotle pepper. Heat tortillas on the grill. Flake the fish with a fork. top each tortilla w 1 tblspoon of the crean mixture top with fish cabbage corn and cilantro and serve with a lime wedge.
