Recipe Ingredients for Fish Taco Sauce

1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tablespoon capers, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Fish Taco Sauce

Blend all together in a bowl and chill for at least an hour for the flavors meld. (2 tablespoons per serving)
