Recipe Ingredients for Fish Taco

4 fish fillets
1/2 cup avocado, mashed
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup red peppers, cut in strips
4 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Fish Taco

  1. Bake the fish fillets according to package directions, and cut them into 3 length-wise strips

  2. Mash the avocado, divide into 4 parts, spreading it on each tortilla

  3. Cut the lettuce and peppers and divide them among the four tortillas.

  4. Fold the tortilla up from the bottom, fold in the sides and roll up, and then each tortilla cut in half diagonally to serve.
