Recipe Ingredients for Fish taco

1 cup shredded Romaine Lettuce
4 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Farmed
0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Fish taco

  1. Bake or lightly pan fry salmon

  2. chop tomatoes, jalapeno, onion, avocado. mix with corn and top with lime juice

  3. put fish in lettuce

  4. put salsa mixture on top

  5. put in mouth

  6. chew

  7. swallow
